We will gladly refund or exchange any online purchases within thirty(30) days from the date of purchase, on condition that proof of purchase is presented, the item has not been used or installed and that the item is returned in its original packaging and in good condition.
Exchanges for software, electronic games, CD’s (music or other), DVD’s (movies or other), or consumable products will only take place within seven (7) days from date of purchase on condition that proof of purchase is supplied. Regrettably we cannot under any circumstances refund any software, electronic games, CD’s (music or other), DVD’s (movies or other), or consumable products if the product has been installed or the packaging has been opened. We will however exchange the product for the same product in the event that the product is damaged or faulty. We will not exchange ink cartridges under any circumstances. Products will not be exchanged or refunded due to incompatibility and customers should check and confirm the media format and system requirements before placing an order.
Exchanges for cell phones will only take place within seven (7) days, on condition that proof of purchase is presented, and the item meets the Out of Box Failure (OBF) requirements. Cell phones in need of repair after the seven (7) day period will be subject to manufacturers warranty and guarantee.
An additional collection fee of R30.00 may be applicable on refunds and exchanges.
All product exchanges and returns after seven (7) days will be subject to the manufacturers warranty and guarantee. Warranties and guarantees on products are carried by the suppliers of the product.
Refunds are deposited directly into your credit card or bank account.
