CNA wants to be known for its happy customers. As such, if you are not completely satisfies with your purchase, you can return the product to us for either a replacement product or a refund. In order for us to accept the return, we have the following requirements:
- The product must be returned in the same good condition and in original packaging as when we sold it to you.
- You must present the original sales invoice when returning the product. In the absence of the original store invoice any exchange will be at the discretion of store management.
- The return must happen within 30 days of the original purchase.
- Gift exchanges will be done in-store for a similar product as the original sale.
- Damages to products that take place during delivery will be replaced by CNA at no charge. Please inform us within 24 hours from proof of delivery, if your product has been damaged.
- The refund will be made according to the original method of payment. We will only refund on the same credit card or to the same bank account that was used to make the original purchase.
Magazines and Partworks are not refundable.
