Why can’t I shop online at CNA anymore?
We have taken the decision to not transact online therefore this functionality has been removed from our site. The site now serves as an information hub to everything CNA. However you can use our online shopping partners OneCart to place an order from selected stores. You can find more information on our shopping partners under “Shopping Partners” on our site.

When does this take effect?
This is effective end of June (29th June 2019)

What about my current order?
All current orders in the system will be fulfilled and delivered to you. For any concerns or queries about your order please contact 0800 203 925 or 011 495 1952.

I have a return or refund. How do I get this resolved?
Please send through you receipt and order number to info@cna.co.za someone will be in touch to assist you further

Is CNA closing down?
No, CNA is not closing down. We will continue to be your favourite stationery store focusing on core stationery with an enhanced scholastic and home/office shopping experience.

Yes, you will still be able to see all your favourite fashion on CNA’s Instagram @CNAinspired, CNA's Facebook page @CNAyourowrldinspired and CNA Twitter @CNAInspired. What should I do if the CNA store closest to me does not have the item I want?
We will assist you in finding the product you need and have it delivered to your nearest store.
